"My experience with Steuben Press was terrible"
I had a truly awful time dealing with Steuben Press. Their customer service was both rude and unhelpful. I spent two months and over a hundred bucks on two really poor proofs for my kids' book. They ignored my emails and failed to follow through on their promises. After I decided to ditch Steuben Press, I found another company that was fantastic to collaborate with. They got me a quality proof in just a few days, and my books arrived in under two weeks. Honestly, I've never encountered a worse experience with any business.

"Stunning outcomes and meticulous care."
I released my kids' picture book through Steuben Press. The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 11, in a landscape format - not an easy size to score at a decent price! They were fantastic to collaborate with. All my emails, calls, and worries were addressed promptly. The book - featuring hand-drawn illustrations - came out gorgeous. I was really impressed by the quality and the meticulous care they put in. I’ll definitely go with Steuben Press again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to print their book.

The work quality was top-notch and more affordable than anything else I came across for my needs. Adam was either picking up my calls or getting back to me quickly. I couldn't have asked for better treatment from Steuben Press! They were super attentive to the deadline I had for my book launch, really nice when I had inquiries, and they did an outstanding job on my final copies. "Room for Improvement"
I really wish customers could get a digital proof of the book to check it out and see how it’ll look on screen. I forked over 50 bucks to get a hard copy mailed to me, and I ended up making some changes to it. Honestly, it’d be way easier if we could handle those adjustments online.

"Awesome Printing Experience"
I operate a small, niche publishing house. I've been putting out short run paperback titles since 2005. Usually, I print about 100 copies at a time. I began collaborating with Adam at Steuben Press back in 2015. Ever since I teamed up with them, I haven't gone anywhere else for printing. The quality is top-notch, the turnaround is quick, the service is fantastic, and the shipping fees are reasonable since they're centrally based.

I was really happy with the level of detail and personal touch that went into printing my book UNSUBSCRIBE: A Story About One Man's Profound Discovery. From beginning to end, my book was shipped in just 5 days! I had the first copies in my hands within 8 days, including shipping time! Being a family-owned operation, you can see the care and pride they take in their work. The quality of the books was impressive; they looked sharp and professional. I’ll definitely return!

I was totally clueless. Steuben guided me through each part of the process, and the end result was fantastic. These folks really know what they're doing and will go above and beyond to ensure you get a high-quality product. I was looking for something a bit different, and they managed to provide it at a great price. I’ll surely turn to them again for reprinting my book or for a new project.

"Great Bargain"
Steuben Press was the sole spot I discovered where I could actually afford to get my book published! The team was super helpful, everything went off without a hitch, and the book turned out to be of decent quality, aside from one hiccup. Their knack for matching the cover color isn't the best. I'd suggest keeping the cover design simple and for sure ask for a physical proof.

I've used Steuben for printing twice now, and they just keep getting better in terms of efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism.
